Business Objectives

The primary objective of Intellibuzz TEM is to shrink recurring and non-recurring telecom costs for our clients using manual and automated tools and technology. TEM also includes optimizing telecom and network for our clients, identifying various types of billing errors and facilitating Refunds and Recoveries from the service providers on behalf of our client, so that our customers can focus on their core competencies.

History

The company was founded in 2000 as Intellibuzz Telecom, a private exchange telecom service provider, one of the pioneers in India as a DID operator. Intellibuzz group of companies, like Intellibuzz Telecom Network, Intellibuzz Telecom itself and others were grouped into its parent company privatized in the name of Intellibuzz Communications Private Ltd [ICPL].

Overall ICPL has served 5000 & more customers across Mumbai region itself, in commercial as well as residential areas. Over the years, Intellibuzz group of companies has amounted to INR 9 Crore of savings for our customers.

Overview

In 2008, Intellibuzz, launched as a spinoff is dedicated to telecom bills Auditing, Consultancy and Telecom Expense Management [TEM] services, with initial focus for this company to implement TEM services for its parent company ICPL, its various small and mid-range customers and sister concerns. After successfully savings tens of thousands of rupees in savings and optimizations for the aforesaid set of organizations, Intellibuzz forayed into open SME & Enterprise customers.  Intellibuzz TEM consulting firm, is now focused on helping mid and large-cap companies to reduce their telecom expenditures and gradually managing telecom invoices, order management, refunds and recoveries, and overall TEM.

Current Operations

Intellibuzz TEM and its parent company ICPL are headquartered and currently operating out of Mumbai. It continues to serve the tens of hundreds of customers in its role as a private exchange service provider, providing basic telecom and value added services along with data services in market areas and residential complexes. Intellibuzz TEM operates at its own administrative office as well as at onsite/client locations as required.

Locations & Partnerships

Intellibuzz is headquartered in Mumbai, India, and also has several site offices in and around Mumbai. Intellibuzz alliances with organizations and institutions throughout the country and globally [major being Avema, USA] to provide a seamless TEM service. Between our own offices and our partnerships, we service clients with locations throughout India.
Intellibuzz currently handles invoices from over 13 vendors, for clients with PAN India locations.

Technology

We use a composite of manual processes and powerful TEM software for implementing and providing our services. Regarding telecom expense management software, we have project-partnered with Avema, USA. Avema [AVM] TEM software is developed in-house as a fully integrated, best of breed, scalable, and robust software. Intellibuzz is also coming out soon with its own telecom web portal SaaS offering.

Intellibuzz’s Telecom Business analysts, Auditors, Expense analysts, MIS and administration, operations, and customer support staff total 27 employees; and our global alliance partner Avema, which powers Intellibuzz TEM software, has 30 employees in USA and Canada.
